22.0 BBY – The Battle of Geonosis – A small group of Jedi consisting of Master Ulric Qel-Droma and his padawan Aiyere Solqye, Master Roronn Corobb and his padawan Oraltar, Master Tsui Choi and his padawan Graporin, Master T'ra Saa and her padawan Ki-Nepro, Master Jerec and his padawan Rel Zod, and Master Dannec and his padawan Dev Vim were collected onboard the Acclamator-class assault ship, Coronet, along with other Jedi and hundreds of clone troopers. This small group was tasked with the destruction of a Separatist communications array and the capture of any intelligence within. Upon landing on the planet, the group's LAAT dropship was immediately set upon by CIS forces. Master Qel-Droma was violently killed in an explosion outside the ship. Master Dannec and his padawan also soon met similar fates.
Moving through the battleground, Master Saa led the padawans into the comm tower where they fought their way to the top and slew a geonosian hydra that was awakened by the battle and was proceding to tear the structure apart searching for food. They then hopped aboard another LAAT and captured CIS council member and and Corporate Alliance leader Magistrate Passel Argente (who they later found out was an impostor).
After the battle, Master Ki-Adi-Mundi was named as Aiyere's new master and the padawans were given their trials to become Jedi Knights.
The group was tasked with procuring nav routes through the Indrexu Spiral from a Hutt named Popara. In doing so, they ended up agreeing to serve the Hutt in looking for his son Mika, who was stranded on the CSA quarantined planet Endregaad. They managed to get him off the planet with the help of Jedi Knight Belar Vallendri.
21.9 BBY – Month 1 – The Second Battle of Rhen Var - While returning home from Endregaad, the Jedi received a distress signal from Obi-Wan Kenobi hailing from nearby Rhen Var. The Jedi went to the planet and helped in the battle with the Separatists. They penetrated deep into the CIS' mountainous stronghold, encountering some indigenous snow beasts along the way. After capturing some Techno Union scientists, the Jedi heard that the battle was nearly won and returned to Master Kenobi with their prisoners. After returning Mika to his father, the Jedi returned to Coruscant to finish their trials.
21.5 BBY - Month 5 - Jedi Knights - Newly-named Jedi Knights Aiyere, Oraltar, Graporin, and Rell Zod were given their first mission as Knights: Separatist agents were apparently seeking to steal some ancient Twi'lek artifacts in the Galactic Museum archives. They were to find out who wanted the artifacts and why. After a high speed chase and a few daring rescues, the Jedi discovered that one of the artifacts contained a Sith Amulet.
They returned the amulet to the Jedi Temple and Oraltar and Graporin questioned the captured thieves. They discovered that there are two different men the thieves were working for, one a robed and cowled figure who only appeared via hologram, the other a popular anti-militant rabble-rouser named Niko. They eventually tracked Niko to The Outlander club, where their confrontation turned violent and Niko unleashed some unseen deadly force powers before fleeing: plummeting off the side of a catwalk and apparently flying off into the Coruscanti cityscape ...
... the Jedi gave chase in their speeder, eventually following Niko on foot into the Underground: the dark, shadowy underbelly of Coruscant. After encountering many of the denizens of the Underground - some of which were considered mythological by the galaxy at large - the Jedi discover a lair of sorts: a large junction in the tunnelworks protected by two Massassi warriors - evil Sith mutants from the time of Naga Sadow, long believed extinct. The Jedi were defeated in the following battle but seemingly spared by Niko, who left them with a telepathic message "You have now witnessed the depths of my power, and the depths of my compassion. Give up your foolish pursuit of me or perish."
The Jedi returned to the surface of Coruscant and relayed their gathered information, including data on some Sith glyphs found in the lair, to Master Corobb. They then eventually ended up back at The Outlander in search of the mysterious woman seen with Niko, whom they had heard worked at the club and to whom Niko was a regular. They found that her name was Jil and that she was still at her flat and would be working later in the evening. They were able to obtain directions to her apartment and went there to find out what she knew.
At Jil's apartment the Jedi discovered much. They learned that Niko apparently had a split personality: one half was the protestor known as Niko, the other a dark being called Horus who wielded strange powers and wanted to get a child on Jil. Jil admitted that though she loved Niko, this "other" frightened her. Jil, being half Zeltron, considered herself a freak and sought humanity above everything else. This coupled with the recent occurences with Niko, had caused her to decide to leave Coruscant and journey to Eriadu, the seat of House Tarkin's power, to seek out a doctor there that could supposedly work miracles.
The Jedi wished her well and left her to her own devices. They returned to the Jedi Temple and found Master Corobb in the gardens. He had interpreted the Sith glyphs they had found and they read "Horus" - who was a Sith Lord in the time of Naga Sadow and "Ra-Zyrth" - who was a Massassi commander in Naga Sadow's army. The archives explained that when Horus was eventually hunted down and slain by the Jedi, they found an enormous harem of women and a legion of Horus' still-innocent children - most of whom were taken into the Jedi Order.
With this information, the two Jedi decided to follow Jil to Eriadu in hopes that Niko would follow suit. Before leaving, Master Corobb entrusted an ARC trooper into their care, Alpha 25. They were to help Alpha 25, as he had had problems with his former Jedi General, nearly coming into physical conflict with him. Instead of "decommissioning" (i.e. destroying) him as the Kaminoans wished, the Jedi decided to "re-educate" him with Graporin and Oraltar.
... the Jedi were placed aboard a Consular-class cruiser, Riposte, captained by Capt. Skyler Drake, a blonde human female whose love of flying was hidden behind a thin veil of officious etiquette and her second-in-command First Mate Lt. Colton Bridgley, a boish human male who sought Capt' Drake's approval in more ways than one (although she seemed completely oblivious to it).
The Jedi arrived on Eriadu without incident and were met at the landing pad by Minister of Defense Gideon Tarkin, who pledged his security forces' total cooperation with the Jedi while they searched for the fugitive Niko. They were also invited to a dinner that night which would be attended by all of the movers and shakers of the Seswenna Sector.
At the dinner, the Jedi spied many luminaries, including Governor (and future Imperial Grand Moff) Wilhuff Tarkin, Senator Shayla Paige-Tarkin, and disturbingly enough, Niko - who was never far from the senator's elbow. They also spotted Jil and her doctor, Dr. Jan Cornelius. Soon afterward, Oraltar spied a hooded, black-swathed figure watching them from a balcony. He sensed the Dark Side emanating strongly from the cowled figure and gave chase - eventually catching up with him on the quadruple spires of the palace.
Oraltar ignited his lightsaber and ordered the black figure to surrender to questioning. The figure repsonded by igniting his own red-bladed lightsaber, and began to laugh as he pulled off his hood and cloak, revealing an emaciated Ithorian tattooed in the ways of the Sith.
Oraltar called for Graporin as he engaged the dark one in combat. Graporin arrived in time to see the two Ithorians clash in a flash of lightsabers and joined in the fray. The two Jedi were pushed to their limits, dueling atop the catwalks which joined the four spires, but eventually were able to defeat and kill the dark Ithorian.
As they returned to the party, the Jedi were confronted by Governor Wilhuff Tarkin and a retinue of guards, who demanded to know what was going on. After assuaging Tarkin's concerns, Oraltar and Grapoin returned to dinner and informed Alpha-25 of what had transpired. Alpha-25, meanwhile, was completely bored by the speeches and "festivities" and had nothing to report.
Soon thereafter, the party wound down, and Graporin spotted Niko and Jil, hand-in-hand, exiting the hall. They gave chase in speeders, eventually following the pair to an old hangar containing an old Nubian cruiser. As they landed and prepared to search for Niko, the two Massassi warriors that had bested them earlier exited the ship.
The Jedi, along with Alpha-25 and a small group of Eriaduan guards, were able to defeat the Massassi, but lost Niko and Jil.
After returning to the palace and resting, the Jedi followed up on their last lead - Dr. Cornelius. They went to his office and found him quite compliant, giving them the address Jil had given him upon arriving planetside.
They went to the flat and found her and Niko, arm in arm on the balcony overlooking the city. They both quietly surrendered and explained that Horus, whose time in spirit from had apparently been limited, had departed after accomplishing his "mission" - impregnating Jil. After consulting Master Windu via holo, the two Jedi let the couple go, but decided that the resulting child would bear watching.
While leaving Eriadu, Riposte received a transmission from Hutt Space. It was Popara the Hutt, once again requesting their aid. They were to meet him on Nar Shadaa, the Smuggler's Moon.
At Nar Shadaa, the Jedi were invited to a party Popara was throwing for all his allies. Afterward, he tasked them with hunting down the spice lord that had spread the drug tempest throughout Hutt Space over the past several months and confided in them that he would be passing his empire on to his younger son Mika.
Popara began feeling increasingly ill while talking with the two, before suddenly literally exploding in a shower of gore. The ongoing party outside the meeting room rushed in to the room to witness Popara in pieces and the two Jedi and ARC trooper standing over his remains. The older son, Zonnos, ordered their capture for torture.
Deciding that they would find no justice with the angry mob, they fled in a nearby turbolift. Eventually they reached the lower levels after dodging a patrol of Zonnos' Wookies. They then went to the last bar on a list of tempest bars that Popara had provided and found Mika waiting for them there.
Mika had been hiding out from his brother, rightfully assuming that he would have him killed as a threat to his new mercantile empire. That Popara had been planning to make Mika his heir was news to him, yet a moot point at this juncture. Mika told the three that he had arranged for passage off the planet if they wanted to come with him.
After discovering that their ship had been impounded, they agreed to go with the Hutt. After a brief tussle with some tempest addicts in which they discovered that Mika had Force potential, they group ended up at an old hangar and met Mika's contact, now-Capt. Angela Krin of the CSA, whom they had dealt with before on Endregaad. She had been investigating the tempest problem with Mika's help when Popara died and now had procured him a skiff and had a line on a ship off planet.
Getting on the skiff, the group discovered a young Evocii female hiding scared behind a crate of weapons provided by Capt. Krin. The Evocii were the original humanoid inhabitants of Nar Shadaa and were long considered extinct. While speaking to the child, the group was beset by a pack of large reptilian bipeds which the child called "Vrbelthers". After a vicious battle, they were able to escape in the skiff ...
... but not before taking the Evocii child back to her clan hidden deep within the bowels of the city. Sorgoth, the leader of the Evocii and a force adept, healed the Jedi and thanked them and promised the Evociis' undying friendship.
The Jedi then went to a hangar which contained their way off-planet, a battered old freighter. Upon arriving however, they were ambushed by Zonnos' men. Capt. Krin, Alpha 25, and Mika were taken prisoner during the battle. The two Jedi only escaped with the help of the Evocii whom they had befriended earlier.
In the Evociis' lair, the Jedi saw a holonet transmission stating Zonnos' intention to execute his prisoners (except Mika) publicly. Zonnos also appeared to be clearly under the influence of tempest on the holovid. The Jedi convinced the Evocii to help them gain entry to the palace and rescue their friends. The Evocii agreed if the Jedi would take the Evocii clan with them when they left Nar Shadaa.
The group sneaked through miles of sewers and ductwork to reach Zonnos' throne room where he was getting ready his executions. A titanic battle ensued between the Jedi and their Evocii warriors and Zonnos and his Wookies and Nikto. The battle saw the end of Zonnos at the hands of Oraltar - whereupon the Nikto all threw down their arms and surrendered. The enraged Wookies, however, all needed to be subdued or slain.
Mika returned shortly after the battle, apparently having convinced the Nikto guarding him to free him, and claimed the clan throne for himself and asking for the Jedis' help in the future. He had a tough road ahead of him in keeping his father's empire together. The Jedi agreed, saying they would return after delivering the Evocii to Coruscant.
21.5 BBY - Month 6 - Upon returning to the Jedi Temple, Graporin and Oraltar told Masters Windu and Corobb of what had transpired and arranged for accomodations for the Evocii not far from the Temple.
After a couple of days, the two Jedi (and a Coruscanti ambassador they brought along to counsel Mika) fired up their old freighter they had obtained from Popara and set out once again for Nar Shadaa. Arriving at the Smuggler's Moon, they were warmly welcomed by Mika and spent several days attending his meetings and the like.
They were soon contacted by General Windu, saying that he needed them to head to Tatooine and meet a smuggler named Corran DeZant and get a load of captured Separatist droids infused with the cortosis alloy - a substance which could disrupt lightsabers.
They arrived on Tatooine and took up temporary residence in the town of Mos Espa, waiting for their contact. Days later while waiting around in the local cantina, the two Jedi (Alpha 25 was away gathering supplies for the ship) a human approached them saying he had already loaded the cargo and they were good to go. After dropping a name that the Jedi didn't recognize, both partied figured out that they were dealing with the wrong contact and the man fled the cantina in a panic.
The Jedi returned to their hangar, meeting Alpha 25 along the way. As they entered the hangar, a small group of thugs were running out of the hangar, as if fleeing from something. Soon an explosion rocked the hangar and after dealing with the thugs, Graporin and Oraltar saw that an explosive had been used to blow a hole in the side of their ship. They didn't have much time to inspect the damage before another group of thugs led by an armored Devaronian arrived and set upon them.
The Jedi jumped in their freighter and fled Mos Espa. They didn't get too far before being attacked by a flight of low-orbit starfighters over the desert. After defeating the first flight, they fled before the second flight - directly into a sandstorm. The storm destroyed the small, light fighters but choked the intakes on the Jedis' freighter with sand, causing them to crash land into the desert.
After spending a few hours digging their ship out, some Jawas arrived in a sandcrawler to liberate the ship from the sand, claim it as salvage, and sell it back to the Jedi. Their attempt failed, but the Jedi convinced the Jawas' clan leader to help them dig the ship out and sell them some scrap so that their R2 unit could repair the hull.
As the work continued, the endeavor was set upon by some Tusken Raiders, who looked as if they had already seen a fight that day. The battle was over quickly, but the Jedi discovered some strange things among the Sand Peoples' belongings that led them to believe that there may have been a crashed starship nearby that they might be able to scavenge enough scrap from to repair their vessel ...
... the Jedi then set out to find the downed starship. After traversing the desert for some hours, Alpha-25 followed the Tuskens' tracks to a rocky gorge containing the wreck. They began gathering some scrap but were then attacked by an enormous sand worm of some kind. They were able to defeat the beast, but not before it swallowed Oraltar whole, forcing the Ithorian to cut his way out of the creature's gullet.
Just minutes later, the sound of an approaching repulorlift alerted the Jedi to a new menace. Soon they saw an armed skiff approaching their position carrying many beings. The skiff was carrying a crew of thugs led by a Devaronian crimelord. In the battle that followed, the Jedi were able to capture the Devaronian and one of his men and returned to their ship on the captured skiff with a load of scrap.
They gave the skiff to the Jawas and R2-D6 began repairing their freighter. Their rest was short-lived however, as a Cloakshape fighter flew low over their position and dropped a lone figure atop the Jawas' sandcrawler. The black-cloaked figure drew a red-bladed lightsaber and challenged the pair. A duel ensued wherein the individual was revealed to be Sal-Van Koh, a Jedi Knight who died some 10 years ago. Sal-Van Koh was slain and the Jedi discovered a tattoo on his left shoulder. The vicotrs also heard his comlink buzz to life with a female's voice. A bit of repartee followed ending with her saying "Another time, Jedi."
They searched for their real contact in Mos Espa, only to find that he had been slain in broad daylight in the streets of the city by a human woman wielding a red-bladed lightsaber.
They sent a sample of Sal-Van's blood and a pic of his tattoo to the Jedi Temple. It was analyzed and revealed to be in the Kaminoan language and read "Lazarus". Sal-Van's blood matched the body interred at the Temple, showing that this must be a clone of the Jedi Knight.
Oraltar and Graporin then went to Kamino to investigate this illicit cloning of Jedi. After some work, they found that Project Lazarus was a project intended to resurrect a nearly extinct species of fish. Undaunted, they sought more info on this project, but were betrayed by the Kaminoan in charge of the project and ended up locked in a large chamber with three very hungry acklays who defeated the heroes.
They all awoke in separate Kaminoan hospital units healed. Oraltar was missing an arm, which he saw floating in a bacta bath nearby. A few days later, they were back on their feet, and Oraltar's newly-cloned arm was reattached.
They found that the Kaminoan that betrayed them had acted alone and fled the planet. Oraltar called in a few markers and after a few days found that the Kaminoan had been slain in the streets of Nar Shadaa by a human woman with a red-bladed lightsaber.
They then returned to Coruscant and to the Temple. Graporin was soon called away to a diplomatic mission on Kashyyk.
Oraltar was then paired with a newly-ordained human Jedi Knight named Kell Sarkin and given a mission to find a man calling himself "Darth Revaan" who had been plagueing the Outer Rim. The Council believed that this man may be a former padawan named Revaan who had left the Order some months ago. Darth Revaan was also eerily similar to the name "Darth Revan", an ancient Sith Lord who had fled beyond the Outer Rim, but had promised to return. The Council had it on good word that he was exploring some ruins of the icy world of Hoth - so named for an ancient Jedi, Lord Hoth, who had dueled Dark Lord of the Sith Kaan on that planet.
They arrived on the planet and their sensors found a starship grounded near a large mountain. They fought their way past some large snow beasts similar to those they encountered on Rhen Var to a large howling cavern near the center of the mountain. There they saw two warriors wielding red lightsabers in the midst of a duel on one of the many bridges spanning the chasm.
Behind them, a group of five dark-cloaked figures approached the chasm. Oraltar, Kell, and Alpha-25 fought to keep the five from getting to the chasm, but were only able to kill two of them.
They then saw the remaining three work their way up to the dueling duo and help Revaan (who was one of the two) defeat his opponent, a red-haired human woman, who leapt off the bridge into the chasm below - smiling at Oraltar, Kell, and Alpha-25 as she dropped by them.
The trio were then contacted by a mysterious woman and told to meet her at Firrere if they wanted to find Revaan. There they were ushered into a dining room where none other than Count Dooku "greeted" them at the door - although he looked rather surprised to see them. Lounging in a chair at the table behind the Count was the red-haired woman they had crossed paths with so many times before.
The mysterious cloaked woman interrupted their meeting to say that she represented a group that saw neither Dark nor Light in the Force and that they therefore could not give the information of Revaan's whereabouts to just one side.
She was revealed by Count Dookuas a member of the Potentium Heresy, who believed not in good or evil, only in the Force, but not before revealing that Revaan and a small group of followers were located on an Outer Rim world called Oa.
The race was on to Oa. The Count and his female companion arrived before the Jedi, which was made immediately obvious by the bodies of the slain strewn about the caverns in which Revaan and his cult had nestled. The Jedi saw Count Dooku leaving with one of Revaan's unconscious cultists in his arms. It was Lilith, a former padawan known to the Jedi. They ended up tangling with Revaan and Dooku's red-haired acolyte, but were interrupted by a member of the Potentium who sought the cult's Sith Holocron for the mysterious group. The red-haired woman fled the encounter and the defeated Potentium member was dropped off back on Firrere.
The Jedi were then sent to deal with a Separatist uprising on another Outer Rim planet. A group of CIS soldiers had taken some Republic scientists hostage and were waiting for reinfocements to pickup the turbolaser weaponry the scientists were working on. The Jedi handily defeated the Yuzzem and Aqualish thugs, but then found themselves at odds with a new enemy: the Pius Dea.
The Pius Dea were an exiled religious cult that believed in a humanocentric purity. They were descended from ancient Sith and were led by Force-using priests. Oraltar was able to call in some favors and the planet was descended upon by a Republic fleet under the command of Wilhuf Tarkin, as well as a Separatist fleet commended by one of Oraltar's shadier contacts.
In the battle that followed, the Pius Dea were utterly destroyed (though some including the Pontifex, or leader of the cult, were captured by Tarkin) and the Separatist fleet routed.
The Jedi were then contacted again by Lt. Commander Angela Krin and were once again investigating the tempest spice trade. Through their investigations they found that Vago the Hutt was apparently the tempest spice lord and through some trials managed to disable his tempest plant on the planet Varl.
Month 15 of the Clone Wars - The Battle of Jabiim - Many months later, the Jedi fought in the Battle of Jabiim, evacuating the remaining members of the Alderaanian Diplomatic Corps from the planet before they were overtaken by the CIS.
